About The Position
The district is seeking Guest Teachers / Substitute Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. The position requires adherence to building and district policies, effective communication, and the ability to accept assignment modifications. A Substitute Certificate is required.

Responsibilities
- Serve in the absence of the certified teacher at a location assigned by the District
- Maintain Classroom management
- Implement lesson plans
- Collaborate with staff
- Supervise students as assigned
- Implement student accommodations as required
- Be familiar with and execute as necessary building emergency plans
- Perform duties as assigned by the principal/assistant principal/department chair
- Grade assignments as required
- Build positive rapport with staff
- Build positive rapport with students
- Follow building and district policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with all audiences
- Accept modifications to assignments as required
