Under direct supervision of Guest Staff Services and Custodial Services, the primary job of the Guest Custodian is to assist the custodial staff of a building in providing a clean, safe and sanitary environment for the students and staff. Perform a variety of custodial tasks for the building or campus while the regular custodian is off. A Guest (substitute) Custodian is directly responsible to the administrator of the building in which they are working and for all expectations set forth by the Human Resources and Custodial Services Departments. It is the Guest Custodian’s responsibility to use Absence Management and work with Guest Staff Services for daily assignments.
