The Lenox is our guests’ home away from home while in Boston. Join us, we’ve been expecting you! From arrival to departure, the Guest Specialist manages our guests’ experience at The Lenox. The main focus is to deliver a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel, assist the guests with check-in and check-out, provide information about the hotel and the surrounding area, and juggle the ongoing activity in the hotel lobby. It is necessary to anticipate and ensure that all guest’s needs are met, elevating each stay from good to great. A full time Guest Specialist will promote an energetic lobby atmosphere and make every guest feel as if they are in their home away from home. This position will also train on overnights as a back up Night Auditor. Candidates with the availability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and overnights are encouraged to apply.
