About The Position

OCEAN PRIME is seeking a GUEST SERVICES to join our team! Our mission is to deliver genuine hospitality. The role of Guest Services is to create a positive first impression and make our guests feel welcome on the phone and in person, aiming to create "Raving Fans" of our associates, guests, purveyors, partners, and the communities in which we do business. Guest Services is responsible for managing the seating of guests in the dining room to ensure service quality, guest satisfaction, and to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Make "Raving Fans" of associates, guests, purveyors, partners, and the communities we do business with.
Create a positive first impression and make guests feel welcome on the phone and in person.
Control the seating of guests in the dining room to assure quality of service, guest satisfaction, and maximize sales opportunities.
Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule.
Maintain and clean uniform to meet restaurant requirements.
Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.
Exemplify hospitality standards.
Answer guests' questions about the restaurant.
Handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties, if needed.
Communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion.
Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant.
Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
Know emergency procedures in the restaurants.
Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.
