Guest Services Team
About The Position
We are looking for a Guest Services Team Member who will support our parking efforts, worship services, and weekend operations. This role is a hands-on, team-oriented opportunity to serve others! The Ideal Candidate Has a genuine heart for serving people and creating a welcoming environment Is friendly, dependable, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever needed Thrives in a team environment and communicates well with staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders Pays attention to details and takes ownership of responsibilities Can remain calm, flexible, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced weekend environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Comfortable being on your feet for 6-7 hours
- Must be able to work weekend services and occasional special events
- Valid CA Driver's License
- Adhere to the Statement of Faith, upholding biblical principles in all aspects of work and life.
- Be prepared to share the hope you have in Christ.
- As a representative of Christ, be ready to gently and respectfully share the Good News of Jesus Christ at all times.

Responsibilities
- Support parking efforts
- Support worship services
- Support weekend operations
- Assist with physical setup/tear-down, including moving signs, cones, stanchions, and other supplies
- Respond appropriately to safety concerns, incidents, and unexpected situations
