About The Position

The Guest Services Team Member is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient entry experience. This position is responsible for selling general admission tickets, processing season passes, and accurately checking in groups and special party reservations. Guest Services Team Members provide friendly, professional assistance while ensuring smooth operations at admission points and guest check-in areas.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide friendly, professional service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse guests and groups
  • Available any day of week, specifically weekends and available during holiday seasons
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and follow cashless and/or cash handling procedures
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and twisting upper body for long periods of time.
  • The work environment is an outdoor park environment with continuous outdoor activity and exposure to extreme weather conditions.
  • Must remain alert with no lapses of consciousness.
  • Continuous requirement for professional demeanor and appropriate park staff attire.

Responsibilities

  • Be knowledgeable about Morgan’s Wonderland, programs, policies, and procedures to ensure excellent customer service when providing assistance or answering questions of guests and visitors.
  • Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide accurate information about admission, passes, and park offerings
  • Sell general admission tickets and process season passes using Point-of-Sale (POS) and access control systems.
  • Handle cashless transactions accurately while following established financial procedures
  • Communicate effectively with Supervisors and other departments to support daily operations and guest needs
  • Represent the organization positively through professional appearance, behavior, and guest interactions.
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion.
