About The Position

The Guest Services Summer Internship provides hands-on experience in front-of-house operations within a high-volume hospitality and attractions environment serving over two million guests annually. Interns will gain exposure to guest engagement, service recovery, operational coordination, and leadership development while supporting daily guest services functions across the property. This internship is designed for students pursuing careers in: Hospitality Management Tourism & Event Management Business Administration Customer Experience Leadership Recreation & Attractions Management

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within the past 12 months) from an accredited college or university
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to learn guest service management systems and internal reporting tools
• Basic understanding of hospitality or attractions operations preferred
