About The Position

We’re looking for motivated students who want real, hands-on experience across every facet of a professional landscape operation. As a summer intern, you’ll rotate through our core divisions—landscape design, landscape construction, landscape maintenance, and hardscape/masonry—gaining practical skills alongside experienced crews. You’ll also be exposed to bidding and estimating, floriculture, client relationship management, and day-to-day business operations. This isn’t a desk job—you’ll be in the field learning how a successful horticulture business runs from the ground up.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

• A currently, or soon to be, enrolled student (horticulture, landscape architecture, construction management, or related fields preferred)
• A genuine desire to learn and a willingness to work outdoors in all conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and operating equipment
