About The Position

The Richman Development Group (TRGDC) is seeking community-inspired, passion-driven, team-oriented Interns with a can-do attitude to support their Corporate Office in Greenwich, CT. The Intern will assist various departments within The Richman Group Development Corp. This position involves a day-time work schedule, approximately 20-40 hours per week (flexible), and is roughly scheduled from May 2026 through September 2026.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement 16+ years of age
• Proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Must be able to Multi-task with little supervision
• Self-starter, detail oriented with professional demeanor, communication, customer service, organizational and analytical/problem solving skills
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot on various office equipment and systems (computers, printers, scanners, facsimile, copiers)
• Ability to accept direction/supervision, work towards team/company goals, work in a team environment to collaborate and strive to a win/win solution
• Ability to prepare and present reports, updates, and/or trends in a confident and professional manner
• High School Junior or Senior, or Current College Student (must be 16+ years of age minimum)
• One year experience in professional work environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong customer service, organizational, analytical, and communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Completing administrative tasks/functions within selected work area/department
• Scanning, sorting, electronic filling of documents/files
• Respond to customer or resident inquiries
• Supporting various departments as needed
• Working with Social Media sources
