About The Position
As a Summer Intern, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to support key business initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, proactive, and excited to learn how a high-growth consumer brand operates. You’ll have the opportunity to work on strategic and operational projects, contribute ideas, and help drive execution across teams.
Requirements
- Fall 2025 or projected Spring 2026 college graduates
- Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Confidently able to maneuver between working cooperatively in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment, as well as independently
- Interest in startups, consumer brands, wellness, or nootropics
- Proficiency in Google Suite or similar productivity tools
Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, operations, and growth teams
- Conduct research and synthesize insights to inform strategic decisions
- Assist with planning, execution, and tracking of key projects
- Help identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and development of new ideas
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support business performance tracking
- Provide general support across teams to help drive company priorities forward
- Take ownership of an independent summer project with leadership visibility
