About The Position

This program introduces Kalahari’s unique brand and culture. You will learn and work in a fast-paced environment, while making a daily difference in one of our departments. Most of your time will be spent engaging with guests and performing the job functions of a line-level hospitality associate. Launch your hospitality career with a hands-on Summer Guest Services Internship where you’ll gain real-world experience, build valuable customer service skills, and create unforgettable guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced resort environment. Perfect for local students looking to grow professionally while working alongside an energetic and supportive team! This is a working internship, open to students ranging from high school juniors and seniors to incoming freshmen, sophomores, and college juniors. Geared toward those ready to dip their toes into the hospitality industry, this is an excellent introduction. There are a limited number of spots available for this program located at our Wisconsin Resort.

Requirements

Must be a high school junior or senior, incoming college freshman, sophomore, or college junior.
At least one year of previous customer service experience.
Availability on days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Engage with guests and perform job functions of a line-level hospitality associate.
Gain hands-on exposure to guest-facing operations in Front of House roles (Front Desk, Concierge, PBX, Valet, Shuttle, or Bell Staff).
Gain exposure to behind-the-scenes operations in Back of House roles (Housekeeping, Common Area, and Laundry).
Help maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
