The Guest Services Specialist is responsible for providing oversight of the front desk, maintaining facility security, conducting guest intakes and orientations, managing guest chores and supplies, and engaging with guests compassionately while setting healthy boundaries. This role also involves documenting guest information, conducting building checks, and responding to emergency situations. The position requires a commitment to LifePath's Statement of Christian faith and the ability to share that faith with others. Additionally, the specialist will assist in food services and handle emergency situations when the supervisor is unavailable, while maintaining confidentiality.
