About The Position

Work Schedule : This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, with the possibility of a Saturday rotation in the future. We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist – Bilingual to: Support the information desk, waiting rooms and other areas of University Hospital by providing the best customer service. Greet patients, families, and visitors and make efforts to create a welcoming environmental for guests.
