As a Guest Services Representative, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes and assists our patients, ensuring they have the best experience possible. You'll report to the Manager of Guest Services and help facilitate hotel accommodations, provide information, and assist with wayfinding. Requirements
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- 0-6 months Work Experience

Responsibilities
- Effectively assists patients in multiple areas by covering inpatient and outpatient Concierge units and information services areas.
- Professionally greets visitors and patients upon arrival. Ascertains patients’ and or visitors’ needs and directs them accordingly.
- Meet key performance metrics for area and demonstrate compliance with polices and process.
- Demonstrates a commitment to problem resolution by embracing a creative approach and focusing on efficient and effective solutions to promote the desired outcomes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
