About The Position

The Guest Services Representative is primarily responsible for providing courteous and respectful customer service to patients, visitors and staff in a professional manner. Responsibilities include assisting patients and guests to and from cars, courtesy vans, etc.; transporting patients; wheelchair recovery; wayfinding; calling taxi cabs and courtesy vehicles for patients and visitors; keeping patient loading zones clear; assisting with traffic control and being familiar with medical center resources. The position will have limited access to the electronic medical record to view patient room numbers and appointment locations. This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship / we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position. During the selection process, you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview that you can complete at your convenience. During the OnDemand interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding. You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question - Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
