This role is responsible for guest interaction at the Rewards Club desk. The Guest Services Representative will greet all guests, promote exceptional customer service, and encourage membership into the rewards program. They will be responsible for inputting patron information not captured by reservations, educating patrons on rewards club benefits, and maintaining daily procedures regarding Rewards Club members, including discerning appropriate identification, filing, and record keeping. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and balancing a cash drawer, managing coupons and newspaper promotions, making public or special announcements, and handling direct mail inquiries, including updating customer account information. The representative will also assist with resolving player complaints and problems, and with the implementation, distribution, and redemption of promotional items.
