About The Position

Responsible for guest interaction at the Rewards Club desk. This role involves greeting guests, promoting exceptional customer service, and encouraging membership into the rewards program. The representative will input patron information not captured by reservations, educate patrons on rewards club benefits, and maintain daily procedures for Rewards Club members, including verifying identification and record keeping. Additionally, the role requires managing a cash drawer, handling coupons and newspaper promotions, making public announcements, and responding to direct mail inquiries by updating customer account information. The position also assists with resolving player complaints and problems, and with the implementation, distribution, and redemption of promotional items.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or 1 to 3 year's equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Team members of organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Responsible for fostering a fun environment.
  • Responsible for being gracious to all guests and co- workers.
  • Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company- sponsored events.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Indiana Gaming Commission License.
