About The Position

Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a Part-Time Guest Services Representative to join their Front Desk Team. This 124-suite hotel is conveniently located near the University of Central Florida, dining, and entertainment venues. The Guest Service Representative is the primary point of contact for guests, responsible for providing superior service and ensuring a positive hotel experience. This role involves managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, processing reservations, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Hotel front desk and Customer Service experience in a hotel setting preferred.
  • Hilton hotel brand system experience is preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Will train on Hilton hotel brand system.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests and completing the check-in/check-out procedure using the Property Management System.
  • Obtaining and storing pertinent guest information.
  • Handling cash, credit card information, and goods at the property.
  • Identifying guest needs and providing relevant information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Responding to all guest requests in a timely manner.
  • Taking reservations from callers and inputting all information into the hotel management system.
  • Updating and canceling reservations in the system as requested by the guest.
