As a Guest Services Representative for High Hotels LTD., you will be the primary point of contact for guests, representing the hotel positively by addressing guest needs courteously and efficiently. You will serve as a key source of information regarding hotel services and the local area, and assist guests throughout their arrival and departure processes. This role also involves managing the switchboard and handling departmental accounting and financial transactions relevant to guest services.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred.
• The ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong math, reading, and communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Responding to guest requests and inquiries.
• Taking, modifying, and canceling guest reservations.
• Communicating hotel facilities and services to all guests.
• Providing information on the local area and points of interest.
• Assisting guests with arrivals and departures.
• Answering front desk phone.
• Cash handling.
