Requirements

• Food Handler Certificate required prior to day 1.
• Ability to listen, read, write and speak fluently in English for all job related circumstances.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Practical problem solving skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• While performing the duties of this job, he/she is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear.
• He/she is regularly required to reach with hands and arms.
• He/she must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous food handling experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and communicates well with customers in person or via phone to ensure accuracy of order and customer satisfaction
• Knowledgeable of menu, demonstrates suggestive selling
• Ensures order accuracy, communicates order needs to fellow team members
• Takes orders, packages and correctly distributes to guests in line
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of service line, food holding wells and cutting board
• Weighs and cuts meat to exact specifications.
• Supports line team members as needed
