The Guest Services Representative - Patient Experience is responsible for greeting and assisting patients, visitors, and guests upon arrival with excellent customer service. This role involves assisting with wayfinding, escorting individuals to their destinations, and helping discharged patients with transportation. The representative will also answer incoming calls, communicate transportation requests, and maintain a neat and organized lobby area. Additionally, they will assist with special projects and clerical duties as assigned by the Volunteer Coordinator and direct volunteers working at the front desk.
