The Guest Services Representative is responsible for greeting all guests entering the hospital, providing wayfinding assistance, and escorting patients, families, and visitors to their destinations. This role also involves assisting with patient transportation, specimen delivery, valet services, and partnering with Volunteer Services to manage information desks. The representative will handle incoming calls, provide accurate information, and support various hospital departments to enhance the patient experience. Additionally, they will assist with hospital entrance monitoring, emergency response, and equipment rounds to ensure a sufficient number of wheelchairs are available and returned to their appropriate locations. Valet services for The Center for Advanced Care are also a key responsibility, including greeting customers, documenting vehicle damage, parking vehicles, retrieving them, and handling money deposits.
