About The Position

The Guest Services Rep provides hospitality services to oncology patients and their families at City of Hope Atlanta. The role prioritizes patients’ needs and demonstrates sensitivity to patients and family members. The representative orients guests to the Outpatient Accommodations and hospital facilities to support a positive experience and strives to exceed expectations. The role serves all clientele with exemplary service and provides thorough, responsive feedback to patients and employees. It represents the Guest Services department and upholds the organization’s Mission, Vision, Values, Promise, and Service Standards to deliver exceptional customer service.

The stated schedule is Monday through Thursday, 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Two years of customer service experience is preferred, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to multitask.
• Detail oriented.
• Team player.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the local area and its venues.
• Ability to operate a vehicle.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work well independently.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Medallion experience preferred.
