About The Position

Aramark Nexus is hiring a Guest Services Manager to lead front desk and resident services for a new, large-scale workforce community near Hereford, Texas, within driving distance of both Hereford and Amarillo. This full-time hospitality leadership opportunity is designed for an experienced Guest Services Manager, Front Desk Manager, Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or hotel operations leader who has managed busy front desk operations and knows how to create an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure. The Guest Services Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of the front desk and lead a team of Guest Services Attendants responsible for resident check-in, check-out, room assignments, service requests, guest communication, issue resolution, and overall resident support. This is a high-volume environment with frequent resident arrivals and departures. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing a fast-moving front desk, maintaining accurate resident information, coordinating closely with housekeeping and facilities, and ensuring residents receive consistent, professional, and responsive service. We are specifically looking for candidates with hotel, lodging, resort, extended-stay, or similar hospitality experience. Strong experience leading front desk employees, managing guest services, working with property management or reservation systems, and handling high guest turnover is highly valued. The Guest Services Manager will play a central role in creating a welcoming, organized, and service-focused environment for residents who live and work within the community.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel front desk, guest services, front office operations, lodging, or a similar hospitality environment.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience leading front desk, guest services, or hospitality employees.
  • Demonstrated experience managing guest check-in, check-out, room assignments, service requests, and high-volume resident or guest turnover.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to remain organized and responsive while managing multiple guest needs, operational priorities, and changing occupancy levels.
  • Strong experience resolving guest concerns professionally and coordinating solutions across multiple departments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new hospitality and property management systems.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Schedule flexibility is required and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and support for a 24/7 residential operation.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a Guest Services Manager, Front Desk Manager, Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, Hotel Operations Manager, or similar hospitality leader is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with a hotel Property Management System, reservation system, resident management platform, or similar hospitality technology is strongly preferred.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily front desk and guest services operations for a high-volume residential hospitality environment.
  • Manage, schedule, train, coach, and develop Guest Services Attendants and other front desk team members.
  • Oversee resident check-in, check-out, room assignments, registration, arrivals, departures, and guest service requests.
  • Ensure front desk procedures are followed accurately and consistently, including resident records, documentation, privacy, and information security.
  • Provide a high level of hospitality and customer service while resolving resident questions, concerns, complaints, and special requests.
  • Coordinate closely with housekeeping, facilities, security, food service, and other departments to ensure rooms and services are ready for arriving residents.
  • Manage high resident turnover and changing occupancy while maintaining organized, efficient, and accurate front desk operations.
  • Oversee the use of property management, reservation, or resident management systems and ensure information is entered accurately and on time.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, service trends, recurring issues, and front desk performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain front desk procedures, shift expectations, daily communication, and service standards.
  • Support emergency procedures, resident communications, safety protocols, and after-hours guest service needs.
  • Create a welcoming, accountable, and service-focused culture centered on professionalism, responsiveness, teamwork, and resident satisfaction.
