The Office Service Lead is responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations, including reception and porter services, within a corporate environment. This role ensures seamless guest experience, efficient logistics support, and high service standards across all events and day-to-day workplace operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and capable of managing teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Requirements

  • 2 years of hotel, corporate or conference center experience.
  • Previous conference services management or supervisory experience.
  • Basic understanding of AV equipment.
  • Ability to lift / move conference furniture and equipment.
  • Superior quantitative, oral and written communications and problem-solving/strategizing skills.
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage reception team to deliver exceptional visitor and guest experiences
  • Ensure professional front desk operations, including greeting, check-in, and information services
  • Maintain a welcoming, polished, and secure reception environment
  • Handle VIP visits and provide elevated service for executives and key stakeholders
  • Manage porter team responsible for room setups, pantry spaces, executive spaces and all additional common areas
  • Oversee setup and breakdown of meeting and conference spaces
