The Guest Service Manager is responsible for leading the Outside Services team and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the service standards of Revere Golf Club. This position oversees daily outside operations, including cart staging, cart cleanliness, range operations, first impression areas, guest arrival experience, and team accountability. This role is highly visible and directly impacts the guest experience from the moment a player arrives until the moment they leave. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, service-minded, and capable of building a strong team culture while holding team members accountable to high standards.
