This position assists with providing concierge service to patients, provides a high level of customer service to assist way finding. Acts as a local resource to visitors and ensures a pleasurable and safe environment for patients and guests. The Guest Service Liaison will serve as the vital connection between our patients and care teams in the Emergency Department. In this dynamic role, you'll demonstrate your exceptional customer service skills by conducting comfort rounds, responding to call lights, and anticipating patient needs before they're even expressed. Your strong communication abilities and genuine service-oriented attitude will help create a welcoming, supportive atmosphere during patients' most vulnerable moments. We need a self-starter who can adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining strict HIPAA and PHI compliance standards.
