About The Position

This is a part-time role responsible for leading and overseeing day-to-day operations at various guest service points within the park, including the front gate, ticketing, Cabana check-in, Lockers, Lost and Found, and Park entry. The role involves training new team members, providing ongoing coaching, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and handling escalated guest concerns. The Guest Services Lead will also manage daily break schedules, maintain workspace organization and safety, and communicate operational needs to park leadership. This position requires acting as a role model to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and performing team member duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and ability to lead by example
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Must possess a valid state ID

Nice To Haves

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred
  • Previous cash or credit card handling skills preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations at the front gate, ticketing, Cabana check in, Lockers, Lost and Found, and Park entry
  • Train new team members on department procedures, guest interaction standards, and POS system operations
  • Provide on-the-spot coaching, support, and feedback to team members throughout the day
  • Drive Consistent, exceptional guest experience across every area of operation
  • Handle complex guest concerns and resolve escalated issues in a calm, professional manner
  • Ensure proper scanning and verification of all ticketing and season pass products
  • Support team members in processing transactions and managing guest flow
  • Create and manage daily break schedules for the Guest Service team
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety within the guest service workspaces
  • Communicate regularly with park leadership regarding team updates, guest feedback, and operational needs
  • Act as a role model and maintain a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment
  • Perform additional leadership duties as assigned to support the department and park operations
  • Perform the duties of a team member in their absence as needed or required
