Guest Services Concierge
About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Guest Services Concierge to join our team at Royal Suites Healthcare and Rehabilitation, a comprehensive nursing home located in Galloway, New Jersey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and service to our patients and their families. At Royal Suites Healthcare and Rehabilitation, we are committed to providing outstanding healthcare in a beautiful environment with luxurious accommodations and amenities. Our Guest Services Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our patients, and we are looking for someone with a strong customer service background and a passion for working with the senior population.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with a strong track record of providing excellent service to patients and families
- Ability to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 9:00am-5:30pm
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a nursing home or rehabilitation center is preferred, but not required
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with serving meals and providing exceptional dining experiences for our patients
- Answer calls from patients and their family members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare rooms for new admissions, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Ensure the overall comfort and satisfaction of our patients, including providing assistance with daily tasks and activities
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide personalized care and services to our patients
