About The Position

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Bell Desk Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Bell Desk Attendants have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

Requirements

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Weekend & Holiday availability required
• Valid Drivers’ License & clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all bellman related activities through use of manual and software applications related to position.
• Maintains detailed records of all luggage deliveries, guest room deliveries, amenity/wedding deliveries and all necessary back up.
• Assists Door attendant in retrieving valet tickets.
• Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions. Arrange for taxis or resort vehicle transportation as needed.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.
