About The Position

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Temporary Full Time Guest Services Attendant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. Guest Service Attendant reports to the Guest Services Manager and provides guests with a full-service arrival and departure experience. Welcome all incoming and outgoing guests, assist with luggage, safely park guest vehicles in hotel or local garage and make necessary deliveries and pick-ups to and from guest rooms. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of previous experience required.
  • Prior experience at a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Valid Driver's License Required.
  • Able to read, write and speak English.
  • Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Park arriving and retrieve departing guest’s vehicles safely while adhering to all company and government traffic regulations and Resort Garage Parking Policy.
  • Assess any damage and clearly note damage on claim ticket along with location of parked vehicle
  • Deliver and pick up luggage to and from guests room and maintain detailed records of all luggage, room and amenity deliveries.
  • Greet all arriving guests with amenity and escort or guide guests to the front desk and introduce them to the Front Desk Agent.
  • Greet and offer assistance to all guest passing through lobby.
  • Provide a safe and comfortable ride for resort guests.
  • Assure limo and house car are in good repair and stocked with necessary amenities.
  • Maintains appropriate log, noting guests who were transported and the details of their transportation.
  • Strong knowledge of the city so guests can be transported to and from their destination in the shortest possible time.
  • Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.
  • Arrange for taxis or resort vehicle transportation as needed.
  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.
