The Guest Services Associate reports directly to the Guest Services Team and is responsible for providing an inclusive, welcoming environment for LMC guests. The Guest Service Associate facilitates daily guest services on campus including daily program registration management, way-finding support, delivering exhibit and program information, swift attendance to guest inquiries, and assisting with conflict resolution. The Guest Services Associate is also responsible for providing administrative support to the Guest Services Department, ensuring efficient and transparent guest-staff communication. Hours: 25 hours per week
