The Guest Services Associate is responsible for the day-to-day caretaking, hospitality services, and maintenance of the designated FTI location. This includes managing events, menu options and onsite hospitality. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with guests and effectively collaborate with colleagues. Must have strong planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities to successfully execute plans and achieve desired results. Additionally, having flexibility to adjust focus as the unexpected can arise, creativity in troubleshooting and/or guest services to leave a positive lasting impression, and ability to delegate are desired skills for this role.
