About The Position

Apex Concierge Services INC is seeking a hospitality-driven Guest Services Associate to support one of our luxury residential communities in Boston, MA. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, guest relations, food and beverage service, customer experience, or front desk operations who enjoy creating welcoming and memorable experiences for others. As part of our concierge and hospitality team, you will serve as a key point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and guests while helping maintain a professional, organized, and service-focused environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and/or property management systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including evenings/weekends)
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hospitality, hotel, restaurant, concierge, front desk, or guest services experience preferred
  • Experience in residential or hotel concierge roles
  • Familiarity with Boston neighborhoods, transportation, and cultural attractions

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service to residents, guests, and visitors
  • Create a welcoming arrival experience at the front desk and lobby area
  • Respond to resident requests and guest inquiries professionally through phone, email, and in-person communication
  • Manage deliveries, packages, guest access, and visitor coordination
  • Support daily building operations and resident services
  • Coordinate amenity reservations, scheduling, and community communications
  • Maintain accurate shift reports, activity logs, and front desk documentation
  • Partner with property management and maintenance teams to resolve service requests efficiently
  • Monitor common areas and assist with building safety procedures and emergency protocols
  • Maintain a polished, clean, and organized hospitality environment throughout each shift
  • Provide recommendations for local restaurants, transportation, entertainment, and Boston attractions
