About The Position
Under the supervision of the Guest Services Lead, the Guest Services Assistant (Arts & Sciences Technician - H) performs routine and repetitive computer inputting, and clerical tasks (including cash handling and answering the phone), and provides skilled customer service support for visitors. This position must enjoy working with the public and children, and must be available to work both weekday and weekend shifts. The Guest Services Assistant position is located at the Palo Alto Junior Museum & Zoo.

Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service experience
- Cash Handling experience
- Chinese language ability a plus
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests
- Selling tickets and helping guests register for programs
- Scanning tickets and verifying memberships
- Providing and fielding information for customers about the Junior Museum and its visitor experience
- Professionally navigating customer feedback
- Other related duties as assigned
