Requirements

  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Prefer 1+ year customer service experience in hotels
  • Familiarity with local area and attractions
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs, good problem solving skills, judgment and reasoning
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
  • Strong computer skills
  • Present confident and professional appearance

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates concierge type services for the guests and sets positive tone for arrival experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options
  • Coordinate and handle guest transportation and luggage services
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalize their stay to exceed their expectations
  • Respond to guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations, arranging tours, and organizing special requests
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
