Guest Services Agent
About The Position
As a Guest Services Resort Operator, you'll answer phone calls in a courteous and pleasant manner and refer guests to the correct extensions. With a pleasant and can-do attitude you'll address guest concerns in a friendly and warm manner. Salary Range: $18.50/hr Eligible for bonus and incentive compensation. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work well with others and function well in fast paced environment
- Able to communicate well with staff and customers
- Able to work flexible hours and days
- Knowledge of property-wide facilities and services
- Possess excellent telephone and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Answering and referring phone calls on the main switchboard
- Courteous, timely and accurate when transferring calls, relaying messages and giving information to guests
- Receive and send guest faxes
- Photocopying
- Comply with Suncadia dress code and grooming policy
- Process guestroom reservations into Springer Miller during reservations office off-hours
- Absorb, understand and continually communicate Suncadia events and activities to guests
- Support Front Desk operations with physical coverage as needed
- Other duties as assigned
