About The Position

To deliver exceptional guest service by serving as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and memorable experience throughout their stay while supporting daily front desk and guest services operations.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service-focused with a positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills; experience with property management systems is a plus
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • General knowledge of the city where hotel is located and its attractions
  • Extensive knowledge of the hotel, it’s services and facilities

Nice To Haves

  • Previous guest service, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide personalized guest service, addressing requests, concerns, and special needs
  • Offer information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest account management
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
  • Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready front desk and lobby area
  • Deliver a high level of hospitality aligned with brand/service standards
