About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking motivated individuals to join their Guest Services team as a Guest Services Agent. This role involves creating a memorable first impression for guests, assisting with luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and escorting guests to their rooms. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with people, making connections, and going the extra mile to 'WOW' guests. Requirements

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
• A Valid driver's license with no major infractions for 6 months
• Ability to solve problems when they arise
• Ability to work in a team environment is a must
• Pleasant and helpful personality
• Must be able to work a full shift standing and going back and forth to the valet lot and different areas of the hotel
• A strong desire to make an impact on other people
• An outgoing and engaging personality
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their 'Wanderlust' experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Welcome each guest to the hotel
• Open doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle
• Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles as requested
• Escort guests and their luggage to their room, explaining amenities and hotel facts
• Work with other attendants to ensure a personalized guest experience
• Assist lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized
• Make a difference with all guests and employees by doing more than just 'the norm'
