We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Your Goal: To maintain and promote hospitality at all times by welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone.

Requirements

Ability to be flexible with your schedule.
Available to work day shift hours, include evenings, weekends, and holidays, on-call, overtime, and rotating weekends.
Excellent telephone communication skills
Good mathematical skills
Excellent computer skills
High school degree or equivalent experience
Minimum three months to one year related experience required
Entire shift is spent at front desk standing for long periods, or occasionally sitting
Answer telephones and computer work for duration of shift
Ability lift, carry, walk, sit, push and pull and be able to lift at least 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Greets guests in person as well as via telephone in a friendly manner
Responsible for check in and check out services to hotel guests
Ensures that charges are accurately posted to guest rooms, credit cards are verified, and assigned bank (cash drawer) balances at the end of the shift
Responsible for maintaining guest privacy with respect to credit card and guest room number privacy
Timely resolve to guest issues, questions, or concerns
Maintains a professional appearance
