About The Position

The Guest Services Agent is responsible for ensuring guest, owner, and employee satisfaction at Empire Pass. This role involves managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest requests, and providing a high level of service to ensure a positive experience for all individuals interacting with Empire Pass.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Deer Valley and the Park City area preferred

Responsibilities

  • Check guests and owners in and out of Empire Pass
  • Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out for guests and owners
  • Cover the front desk during scheduled shift
  • Answer the phone in a professional manner and transfer calls as appropriate
  • Post folio charges, perform folio reconciliation, and create shift reports
  • Assist with owner and guest requests and proactively solve guest problems
  • Assist with concierge duties, including making reservations for restaurants and activities
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions and settle guest balances upon departure
  • Assist guests with bell staff duties to and from rooms
  • Other duties as assigned
