As a Guest Services Administrator Senior within PNC's Realty Services organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX. As a Guest Services Administrator Senior, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of PNC's full-service Conference Centers. Based in Dallas, TX, this front-facing position serves as a primary point of contact for conference center guests as well as onsite employees and helps ensure a seamless meeting and event experience. In this role, you will manage conference room reservations, review meeting requirements, and assign appropriate meeting spaces based on capacity, technology needs, room setup, and location preferences. You'll provide onsite support for conference center operations, respond to guest inquiries, coordinate room setups, maintain supplies and amenities, and assist with basic audio-visual and technology needs. Additionally, the role includes daily facility-related support by acting as a liaison for the facilities management team. The position also partners closely with the facilities management team and external vendors to ensure meetings and events are executed smoothly and professionally. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

Hospitality, guest services, conference center operations, event coordination, or facilities support experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
Experience working with reservation systems, meeting coordination, or event logistics.
Comfortable providing hands-on support in a client-facing environment.
