Requirements

• Used a POS system before - or are willing to learn!
• Friendly, confident, and great face-to-face
• First-class level of guest service skills
• Team player
• Can handle sales transactions like a pro and know how to upsell fun
• Safety matters
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers Certification
• Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Toast, Brunswick or Embed POS system experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests
• Help with bowling gear, arcade games, and more
• Jump in wherever needed — food running, hosting, cleaning, etc.
• Handle transactions with confidence
• Keep things safe, clean, and fun for everyone
• Promote cool deals and upsell awesome experiences
• Open and close the place like a pro
