Requirements

• You've used a POS system before - or are willing to learn!
• You’re a people person — friendly, confident, and great face-to-face
• First-class level of guest service skills
• Team player vibes only – we're all in this together
• You can handle sales transactions like a pro and know how to upsell fun
• Safety matters to you (and us!)
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers Certification
• Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays
• You’ll be on your feet a lot
• Lift up to 25 lbs? Pretty often
• Up to 50 lbs? Now and then
• Over 50 lbs? Rare, but possible
• Bending, reaching, and pushing? Yep, that too
• It can get warm and humid sometimes
• Loud noises, fun, and full of energy? Always!

Nice To Haves

• Toast, Brunswick or Embed is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests like they’re VIPs (because they are)
• Help with bowling gear, arcade games, and more
• Jump in wherever needed — food running, hosting, cleaning, etc.
• Handle transactions with confidence
• Keep things safe, clean, and fun for everyone
• Promote cool deals and upsell awesome experiences
• Open and close the place like a pro
