About The Position

Lead and support our Front Desk Attendants to keep the front of house running smoothly and the atmosphere lively, friendly, and organized. Ensure our facility is clean, well-presented, and ready to “wow” guests. Oversee daily operations in our amusement areas and assist with scheduling team members to meet business needs. Train, coach, and motivate Front Desk Attendants and Porters to deliver top-tier service. Partner with the General Manager on promotions, leagues, and special events. Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership — in person, over the phone, and via our POS and PA systems. Keep tabs on inventory, supplies, and equipment, addressing any issues promptly. Lead by example through our Spare Time Service Standards ( Code S.E.R.V.E. ) — ensuring every guest feels welcome, valued, and excited to return. Respond quickly to guest needs, safety issues, or incidents with professionalism and care. Complete shift reports, handle cash or vouchers accurately, and help keep operations running seamlessly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of guest service experience
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools
  • A positive attitude
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to inspire those around you
