This role is for someone who likes staying busy, leading from the front, and being part of something fun. The Guest Service Supervisor will lead and support the front desk team during busy shifts, set the vibe for great service and positive energy, and keep the front-of-house organized and guest-ready. This position oversees lanes, arcade, and attractions throughout the day, trains and coaches team members, and handles guest concerns confidently. Responsibilities also include helping with scheduling and event coverage, running POS transactions accurately, opening and closing the building, and keeping safety top of mind while responding to issues quickly.
