About The Position

This role involves leading and supporting the front desk team, setting a positive tone for guest service, and ensuring the front-of-house is organized and guest-ready. The supervisor will oversee various areas like lanes, arcade, and attractions, train and coach team members, and handle guest concerns. Responsibilities also include assisting with scheduling, event coverage, processing POS transactions, opening and closing the building, and prioritizing safety.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of guest service experience
  • 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Strong communicator who isn’t afraid to take charge
  • Comfortable giving direction and holding people accountable
  • Available nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Someone who can stay calm when it gets busy

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality or food and beverage experience is a big plus
