About The Position
The Guest Service Specialist welcomes customers, promotes products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership program, and helps ensure each customer has a positive car-wash experience. The role involves hands-on work at an outdoor site, maintaining a clean and inviting location, and collaborating with teammates to complete tasks and achieve goals. Specialists should be comfortable with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
