About The Position
The Guest Service Specialist welcomes customers, promotes Mister’s products and Unlimited Wash Club membership, anticipates and addresses customer needs, and helps ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car. The role includes varied, hands-on work in a fast-paced outdoor environment and helping keep sites clean, inviting, and well-maintained. Specialists collaborate with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals.
