About The Position
Guest Service Specialists greet customers, promote car wash products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership, and thank customers for choosing Mister. They anticipate and address customer needs, help ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, shiny car, and keep sites clean, inviting, and well-maintained. The role involves varied, hands-on work in a fast-paced outdoor environment and collaboration with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals.
